Franz Flores brings over 30 years experience in the private and public sector as an MIS and Business executive and Entrepreneur. He has opened several successful businesses and assisted or serve as consultant to other Latam businesspeople that had opened their business in Miami. He understands how to effectively do business with the government of the United States of America, being able to take a project from cradle to grave.
While doing business outside the USA in several regions, he recognizes that Western Hemisphere is his natural domain. He has been doing business in the Hemisphere for the better part of two decades. He is an expert on the logistics field, MIS, security, and business development.
Since early 2000, Franz has a Real Estate license, Mortgage Broker license, Notary Public and Life/Health/VA license issued by the Estate of Florida.
Franz lives in Miami since 1991 with his wife Sandra and his three children. He also holds a Bachelor’s in Military Science from Escuela Militar de Chorrillos (Lima, Peru), and MBA with MIS specialization from Saint Thomas University (Miami, Florida, USA).
